On July 09, 2021, we received the results of the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s first decision on our compliance with its standard for maintaining a listing in the new market segment, confirming that we comply with the standard for a listing in the Prime market segment.

We will proceed to file the subsequent procedures according to the schedule specified by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
